She and her daughter renovate and remodel homes for resale. They have successfully "flipped" 3 homes- two in Georgia and one in Denver. Their immediate future plans are to concentrate their efforts in downtown Denver as it is a fantastic place to live. She absolutely loves renovating properties and this is the first job she has ever had that doesn't feel like "work".

Stephanie Seibert

Stephanie graduated from the University of Georgia in 2015 with a degree in Marketing. She bought her first condo at the age of 23 in Atlanta, GA and, in a year, flipped the condo for a significant gain. After this experience, she decided that, with the guidance of her parents, the real estate business would be a good one to get into.

After moving to Denver in May of 2017, she bought her own personal condo and experienced the booming Denver real estate market firsthand. Shortly thereafter, she identified her first property, 1446 Gilpin, to purchase for the sole purpose to improve and flip. Laura and Stephanie hit the ground running on the property and flipped it less than two months after purchasing the condo. This kicked off a 3 year run in Denver where they bought, improved, and sold 5 different properties.

Stephanie has since moved to Hudson, NY, a bustinling town 2 1/2 hours north of New York City where she plans to continue improving properties in her new community starting with her personal residence on State Street! She is very excited for the opportunity to improve the neighborhood in which she lives and be a part of this wonderful town.
